Travel from Bergen to Øygarden, fish from an open boat, gather crabs, shrimp, and seaweed, then prepare the catch with your English-speaking guide and chef. The five-hour outing includes transport, gear, a seafood meal, and local apple juice. Guides may include Øyvind, Michel, or Iris.
“Guide was super, we tried to catch and he showed his catching tricks and traps as well as introduced local nature and salmon farms. Weather was rainy and one member of our group rushed to catch the plane. Otherwise after fishing I would have rented also sauna somewhere near to warm up. cooking and eating session were nice but some service design can be added - some fish snacks available while waiting, not paper plates etc.”
